The home owners loved to cook and entertain. Their existing kitchen was very inefficient and was ergonomically incorrect for a 6- foot-plus chef. The existing dining area was cramped. They wanted to change the layout fast. Did we mention they were reduced to one burner on the stove as well?

We relocated the kitchen to provide a more efficient layout and included an island and bar seating. The dining room layout was changed to ease the pressure of the existing tight space. In additon, we provided a new sitiing area off the kitchen to sip morning coffee and read the newspaper. This space has a bay window, complete with window seat, to capture the early-morning sunlight that filters in.

A screened-in porch was added for outside dining that can seat up to eight people. Finally, we provided a covered deck for outside grilling and improved upon the exterior spaces for entertaining.
